Wassily is an AI-powered platform that helps users search and analyze auction records. The Service includes text and image-based search, visual search by image upload, and conversational assistance for auction research. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

3. Account and Registration

You may use certain features without an account. To access full functionality, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code; (e) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service beyond normal use; (f) use the Service to create a competing product; or (g) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE. AUCTION DATA AND AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
